I am very disappointed with the service at Rose Pharmacy, Quintin Salas, Iloilo City. On March 30, 2026, my daughter purchased Sorbifer along with a 500 mg vitamin C tablet. We later realised that the additional vitamin C was unnecessary, as Sorbifer already contains vitamin C. Rude saleslady/ies.
The saleslady here was rude and got defensive. They skipped announcing my number. I am sure they didnt announce my number!! Only in the Philippines. Not used to this kind of customer service in America.!
