VERY POOR SERVICE. We arrived at the store and got our stuff...we only saw one staff in the counter handling one customer so we fall in line and never gave us instruction to get a number or anything. Then suddenly another counter staff arrived and never called us, and at the same time, someone took a number and and then she called her, even though she saw us..we were there the longest time..as we have to wait for additional several minutes.
