Ordered mother's day flowers for my mom for delivery today. Received confirmation the flowers were delivered and they were not. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to me so that i could hand deliver to my mom. I called the shop to let them know and after they kept me on the phone for a while, the owner said she would have to refund me because there is nothing she could do.
