The tech was great and knowledgeable !!! Would highly recommend this company and will continue to use the!!!
Do not fall for rose pest solutions like I did. First couple of visits were fine. More bugs showed up in the house so I had them come out again. Got charged extra for that. But my biggest issue is that they routinely miss appointments ENTIRELY. Then, if you’re lucky, show up weeks later with no notice. If you try to call them you get an AI agent who will claim your zip code is out of their service area and cannot help you. It’s all a joke and they’re laughing at you while charging your account every month.
My tech is as very thorough and explained every step. She assured me that the spray she used was safe to humans and pets.
