Writing this as a board member for our condo complex that used Rose Paving for concrete work across the community. Couldn't be more frustrating. They did not complete all the work outlined in the contract, broke irrigation lines and damaged a staircase. Weeks/ months later the work is still not fully completed and threats of liens have begun. Great experience with Rose Paving. Josh was super efficient and helpful. We did a 95 unit community seal and stripe. Not easy to coordinate and went super smooth. Pricing, service and results all exceeded expectations.

Very respectable and honest company! They did a big project at the condos I live in resealing and repaving certain areas, they were very quick and the lot looks great. While they were working on a section near where I park my car, it unfortunately got some damage on the clear bra but I contacted Rose Paving and Bryan Kentfield reached out to me and they covered the replacement clear bra for everything that was affected! I am very happy with this company and their dedication to their customer’s satisfaction.
Bryan Kentfield with Rose Paving has been incredible to work with. He has helped me repair the parking lot on two of my apartment complexes and he and his team did a fantastic job. They’re truly a partner in this operation and have gone above and beyond to do great work at a reasonable price. I look forward to a continued partnership with this company.
