UPDATE: After the work was completed it was discovered that the paving crew got asphalt in one of the clean out lines for the plumbing system, which clogged the line from the building. Rose Paving was unwilling to cover the cost associated with cleaning out the asphalt in the water line. Tanner again did his best to reach a resolution and I would love to give him 5 stars, however I would give the VP that was involved 0 stars. Very pleased with their service and work. Could not be more satisfied with the communication and work of Rose Paving. We are on county property and had several hiccups in the process after I inherited this project and a new position, and despite the delays on our end, the Rose Paving crew was always available to answer questions, showed up on time, were extremely detailed and were not just trying to get the job done, but clearly wanted to get the job done right. Our homeowners association has used Rose Paving twice now. Once for a large sealcoat, repair, and striping project and more recently to resolve damage caused by a vehicle hitting paint cans. I want to say how impressed and appreciative I am for Zach who is extremely responsive, pays attention to detail, and makes sure that everything is right in the end.
