We have been going here for over 3 years for my daughters braces. The cost is appealing but after all the drives it is no savings. Instead of paying to transfer care after we moved to Alabama I decided to drive back home to have them removed here since they've been paid in full for over a year and received a text message 2 hours before her appointment and it said it was cancelled. Both of my children had braces here, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the cost was very reasonable compared to other places we looked at. Highly recommend!
The wait time is ridiculous. I have not had 1 appointment where I am here less than an hour. Today, It’s been an hour and I am still waiting to be seen. Last appointment I was here for 2 hours. Super unfortunate since I have a 2.5 hour round trip. Staff is super friendly.

I had such a great experience with Rose Orthodontics-Watseka! All the staff are so friendly and sociable. Right when you walk in, Sarah and Lori are there to greet you! Sometimes Lucy, too! All of the assistants in the back are so knowledgeable and have been here for a long time. Angie, Mel, Sheila, Cine, Sharon, Angela, Cait- I've had them all and they're all great! Dr. Rose of course, is the best. Always taking time to connect with everyone and explain things and does an amazing job at making smiles beautiful. 10/10 recomm... read more
