Sam at Rose is great! He was so careful when picking up and delivering my 100 % wool Aubusson-style rug. It was made in the 1980s and looks totally new again after Rose Rugs' careful cleaning. He is patient, too!
Rose Oriental Rugs cleaned and repaired nine rugs for us. Many of the rugs had moth damage or were worn. The repair work done by these artisans is just incredible. One antique rug in particular had a hole, worn spots, and an old repair badly done. You now have to search very carefully to find the repair. The rug is truly a thing of beauty once again. I recommend Rose Oriental Rugs without reservation.
If expediency is your sole priority, this may not be the place. However if genuine passion, gentle care, and reverence for the craft are important to you, you will not find a better service. Our rugs were cleaned and repaired with discerning expertise, and upon delivery included researched information about the origin and craftsmanship of our rugs. Sam at Rose Oriental was a gracious collaborator who found joy in the work.
Sam did an exceptional job cleaning my wool carpet, from start to finish. He explained how he could clean it to get the odor out, plus provide a quality new pad. The price was fair, the cleaning was very effective, and the rug was 100% odor free. He picked up and delivered the rug on schedule. Always a positive, respectful attitude. Rug cleaning doesn’t get any better!
I had such a great experience here! I brought in an older rug that needed repair, and they did an amazing job. It honestly looks brand new, I was so impressed with the quality of the work. The customer service was also fantastic from start to finish. Everyone was kind, helpful, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what they do. I couldn’t be happier with how the rug turned out. Truly 10/10 service, and I would absolutely recommend them!
