Wonderful service. Sam the owner is very responsive and cordial. He knows the value and quality of persian rugs and can give valuable information about the maintenance of rugs. Very happy with the service. He cleaned six rugs of various size and designs for us.
Sam at ROR is awesome. I had 2 8x10 rugs cleaned and repaired, and they came back perfect. I also ended up buying 7 afghan rugs for my halls and stairs to upgrade from bare wood floors, and they are gorgeous. Sam did the installation too. The price seemed reasonable to me for the rugs although I did no price comparisons. I'm extremely happy with everything.
