I had very high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. 3rd times the charm 🧿 There is an arrogance and a deep lack of customer service and integrity in price range. It seems like they charge you whatever they think you should pay for what little effort they take to service the client. I made an appointment for 2:00 pm, arrived 10 minutes early for my manicure & pedicure, and they didn't have time to do any designs or a pedicure and charged me $60 for a fill with a purple cats eye gel polish.

The guy doing nails didn’t like that I asked him a question, so he asked me to wait, then looked at me & said actually I have an appointment coming in so I won’t be able to do your nails.

The younger guy with 12 earrings in each ear is incredibly unprofessional every time I’ve gone in there. Today was the last straw. Charged for things I didn’t have done, poorly done pedicure, inexperienced techs and bad attitudes. Unfortunately for them one bad experience takes months to recover from. It’s a shame, this place is so close to being good. But they are letting their bad mannered children run the place.

I walked in at 5 asking to have my nails done. They have a young guy working today and he rudely asked me 'what do you want done?' I said 'just a full set, French tip' to which he goes 'we don't have time today' then why even ask me? Whatever. If they want 18 year olds running this business then I won't be back.
