I recently visited Rose Nails with my children, ages 10 and 11, for manicures and pedicures. According to their pricing, children 10 and under are charged a reduced rate. However, upon arrival, the salon staff insisted that my 10-year-old daughter appeared older and attempted to charge me more than the advertised rate.
