I’ve been coming to Rose nail for two years and I’ve always had the best service and wait times are not too long. The staff are all really helpful
Absolutely terrible service Nails are expensive these days and I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome The lady did not check colour or shape (which is what salons I have been at previously had done. She also answered and checked her iPhone during my appointment and causally got up and left the desk without apology or even just a ‘sorry one moment’ She had a blunt nail clipper and threw it in the draw giving the impression even more so she didn’t want to be there or have me there . I’ve been coming to Rose Nail and Beauty for years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. My nails always last so well, even after trying other salons, nothing compares! The whole team is so friendly and welcoming, and they always take their time to make sure everything’s perfect. You can tell they really care about their clients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for consistent quality and amazing service every time 🩷
I’ve been going here for 2-3 years, the last 2 times I didn’t have my regular lady, 1st time I wants happy with the shape, but sucked it up. the 2nd time my nails fell off the 1st nail 4 days after. 2 weeks I had 4 nails left, I went in today waited 30 mins to be seen and said to my regular lady, just cut the old nails off and do an overlay, she did….
