While the service does have issues as many underfunded practices in the UK experience (alongside protocols outside of their control), it cannot be overstated how helpful, kind and understanding the reception staff are (especially Callum, who has been nothing but wonderful every time I've called or visited) and pain-free the appointment booking services are. Rose Practice is an excellent Doctor's surgery all the staff from the Receptionist to the doctor's are absolutely Fabulous , the reception staff are polite, friendly and very helpful as is the practice manager , I have never had a problem getting an appointment if it is deemed I need to see the doctor , overall a fabulous surgery I have been a patient nearly 38 years and will continue to support this surgery
Really enjoyed my interaction with the receptionist and Nurse Becky. Friendly staff in a nice practice 😊
