Could not say I’d recommend this place. Beautiful office and even really nice staff, but the wait times are horrible and sometimes they just won’t see you. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled specifically to go over my lab results because the last time, no one ever gave them to me. Dr. Rose even said she wanted to “make sure I got them.” When the appointment time came, she never called. I went in for hemorrhoids and the doctor did not look at the hemorrhoids, or conduct any screenings but prescribed medicine and referred me to get a colonoscopy. I told her that I recently had blood work done for my annual Pap smear to which she replied that they just deliver babies and don’t know anything about medicine. I do not feel that I was heard as a patient. If you’re a black woman I would not recommend you going here.
Dr Rose made me feel immediately at ease and I did not feel judged at all. The atmosphere in the office is calming. The front desk staff are very friendly and kind.
