The massage service and pricing at Rose are fine, but the tip policy is unreasonable. They charged 60% of the service cost as a tip without properly communicating this in advance. The person attending did not speak English well, making it difficult to understand what she was saying. I would not recommend this place for a massage. Tips should be given voluntarily, based on the quality of service and the customer’s generosity — they should never be forced.
The staff seemed inexperienced and the massage techniques were not upto that standard which make it session unpleasant and staff is not able to communicate in English.
Great therapeutic massage that made my shoulders feel better. Will return!
