We attended an otherwise insightful and beautiful service on 11/25/25 for a dear friend to find the sign language interpreter hired by the facility was a fraud. This very young lady did not know sign language whatsoever! It was an embarrassment and an added stress to the family who has several deaf members that instead of mourning they had to sign for the person that obviously was not a certified sign language interpreter. The cremation of my father is being serviced at Rose Manor. I have been leaving messages for Lydia for days. No response. It is my father and they are just ignoring my calls Do not do business with service provider that ignore your calls
This is my 3rd time to use Rose Manor services. For my mom in 1988/ my son Nicholas G. In 2015/ & my son Tyrone G in 2022. I'm very satisfied with the service. Ms. Lydia & her staff is very professional & caring. 🙏🏽💞

Rose Manor funeral service they were great from start to finish very professional and caring making sure all of are needs were talking care of.Faciltvery clean and professional staff can't thank thm enough.I would recommend them to everyone I know.They also assisted me. assisted me when my uncle passed they have been gret to me and my family
