I volunteered here for almost 3 months and in that short time I saw a lot of things I didnt want to see. There was no physical abuse, but definitely emotional. There was no sense of respect for the elderly residents from the staff. If they soiled themselves or something equally private, it became public knowledge to all the other residents and staff.
