The check in process is cold, automated and indifferent. The medical staff from MAs to Doctors are great. Would be nice to get a pre and post phone call to get information pre-surgery and a follow up call to clarify and check post surgery.
It’s rare to find a provider who treats you like family while maintaining professionalism. Dr. Broughton truly cares about her patients—she is approachable, supportive, and provides clear, helpful information every step of the way.
Tantoco is a good thorough doctor she address each concern and illness and i appreciate that. Not too many caring doctors out there like her. Been going to her for approximately 4 yrs and i still drive hour 40 min away bc shes worth the drive ik once i get there she will help me everytime. I have trust in her. I highly suggest dr. Tantoco!
I get a little agitated at her bc she address every issue and stays on me tough about keeping all of my appts with her and other doctors but I look at it as thank God she care she could rush me out fast or not check back up with me but she takes the time to take my care personal and I appreciate that.
