My sister has been at Rose Linn Vintage Place for 23 years. She started out being one of the youngest residents, but now she is probably average age of majority of residents. I live out of state but have visited my sister many times and at various hours. Throughout the years I have found that the staff have always been very friendly, caring and accommodating to my sister. Caring workers when they did respond were kind and considerate. The call button didn't work reliably or the roommates often got the attention instead. No TV in room provided. Not enough out of bed time and too much confinement to the wheelchair. Not getting tended to get to the restroom, thus sat in soiled pants. Blaze, the PT would get 5 stars because he was great at motivating, encouraging and problem solving. He seemed to perceive what I was capable of accomplishing and helped me meet my end goal.

My mom spent 9 months at Rose Linn, starting in the Assisted Living, moving to Memory Care and finally in the Skilled Nursing Facility. No place is perfect and we had our moments however, I am so glad I found this place for her because she was happy and safe the last months of her life. As a RN and having worked in a number of care facilities, I know what is acceptable and what is not.
