I have spoke to this Lady Shana once on the phone. She confirmed that I could rent for a repass on 6/28/25. She told me via text leave a message and she would call me back. I have not heard from her. I’ve been calling to ask to pay to lock my dates in. She will not pick up. Now she’s saying at the last minute that her assistant said it’s not available. Recently had my sons 10th birthday party here the event was clean. It was very spacious. The owner was very nice very very friendly. The location was very convenient for me. She made the process smooth. I definitely look forward to using her in the future for more events.
This venue was perfect for our daughter’s 3rd Birthday party. Didn’t want to over crowd and over do it and it was just enough space and very budget friendly. The owner made the process seamless and was very accommodating. Will be using them again. I recommend paying for the whole day, it’s easier that way
