Rose lawn Funeral Home has no compassion. I was trying to lay my husband to rest and when they found out that the insurance money would not be there for six weeks , they told me I need to come up with other options. So I called Lewis Funeral home and they said they would let me make payments until the money came in. So I called Rose lawn to tell them Lewis funeral home was going to pick him up they told me they would not release the body until I gave them over two thousands dollars as they just in bomb him that morning. This place is a joke. First of all you are going through some hard times when you loose a love one but for them to care nothing except for their money is sad . They told me the casket I picked out that bugs and ants could get through and did I want that for my love one . That spending more money would be better without anything getting in. I left my arrangement out and about two months later they told me I need to remove it that I grieve long enough. How do you put a time limit on grieving .

Better have cash! – BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! I would like to start by saying, I was pleased with how we were able to have the service when WE needed it . BUT... when it came to payment we were only able to pay $5000.00 of the $ 7500.00 of the funeral cost. I left my credit card information in good faith for the remainder of the total cost . We were told that they would not run my credit card until we called and let them know money was in the account. After I was back home I received a call from Rose Lawn staff and was told... read more
