I am sharing an update regarding my experience at Rose Laser. I recently became aware that the business has claimed there is no record of me as a client. However, I do have documentation proving that I received treatment here, which I am prepared to share if needed. It has been 3 years since my laser treatment here, and the dark pigmentation in my bikini area has still not fully faded. Here is my Update 3 years later since the incident - November 2025 - It has been three years since my laser treatment, and the dark pigmentation in my bikini area has still not fully faded. While there has been some improvement, my skin has not returned to its original condition prior to treatment. During the session, laser was applied to areas without visible hair growth, and the settings used did not appear to align well with my skin tone. I’ve done three sessions of laser hair removal with Shauna so far, and I’m honestly amazed by the results! The difference is huge already. She’s super professional and really knows what she’s doing.
