A friend of mine was going to stay here, however was so disgusted by the cleanliness of the accommodation they immediately left. In the process of attempting to get a refund they have been blackmailed by the owner. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is a scam.
I have evidence that Ken the owner blackmails people into giving him good reviews and shares guests' bank details with other guests.

DONT DO IT!!! To be fair the apartment was ok for the one night we needed, but you expect that given its a serviced apartments however... Trying to check in was a NIGHTMARE, there is not clear instructions given at any point. You legit need to find a parking space first if you have a car, to try and check in, this in itself is a nightmare as Spencer St, has very limited parking. Good hotel at the Docklands side of Melbourne. Room was big, fit us 3 fine, has a kitchen, seating area and lounge. Also has a pool and outdoor garden. Staff very very friendly. To check in you need to go to Hey Tea on Spencer St. Has car parking. There are 3 different buildings you can be checked into. Only advise I have is have tissues, the hotel provides large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Also only issue there isn't small benches to lean drinks.
