Dr. Cesar is warm and caring and I trust her completely! The staff is lovely and I want to give a special shout out to Robin who answers the phone and answers questions about everything colonoscopy and endoscopy related! Her patience and wonderful sense of humor is a joy! Her patience is to be commended as o called her multiple times and she was just as wonderful the first time as the last! Thank you thank you thank you Robin and the terrific staff that works with Dr. Cesar!

I just want to share that I feel Dr. Cesar and the staff at Baystate Franklin Medical Center are SUPERB! So caring and thoughtful! I was extremely anxious about my procedure today. However, what is usually not a great experience, (colonoscopy) was in my opinion extremely tolerable. I am a colon cancer survivor and I just cannot put into words how AMAZING this experience was for me! Thank you so much!
