Ash was amazing while managing our rental as tenants. She was always so kind, super efficient, and actually replied straight away, she made everything really easy for us. Such a shame she has left because since then it has been a completely different experience. Communication is so bad now, it takes weeks to get a reply and we are constantly having to chase them just to hear anything back.
