Absolutely ridiculous. We just moved here a month ago and this morning we called because we were worried about one of our animals. We were told they would not see us and that we needed to drive a hour and a half to an ER vet. We dont need an ER vet. Reviews on here talk about how wonderful this place is and how they do walk ins. But our sick dog got turned away without any concern.

Love Dr Rose, Dr Mercer and all the caring staff. Very knowledgeable and attentive. We have 3 dogs and they care for them all when needed and routine care. Also very responsible with prices on meds and preventative items.
The staff went above and beyond. They saw me struggling with 2 dogs and held them for me so I could check in, check out, and even load into my car. Also, I was given a price breakdown on preventatives by weight of each dog.
No return call!
