I walked in complaining of knee pain.she took care of me right away she an awesome doctor been coming to her over 6 years.
Dr. Brooks was very patient and thorough, answering all my questions and concerns. I received an explanation of my test results and a plan of action. I hung up feeling satisfied and confident that my concerns were being addressed.
This was my first time taking my father, who is a member, for a walk-in appointment. The staff was so helpful, kind, and courteous. I was most impressed by the efficiency of the process. Rose Brooks, ARNP was kind and compassionate. She worked with us to come up with a plan. She was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. She took the time to evaluate him to determine the cause of his confusion. I highly recommend her.
