Wrote us the wrong policy for our business and turns out we weren’t covered for almost a year and half and won’t take responsibility now we will have to come out of pocket.

I was very specific with Bruce on what exactly I needed coverage on in my small business. I thought I was speaking to an expert turns out he didn't write me up for the right insurance policy and now I'm not covered for an incident and have to come out of pocket . They are aware it was due to their negligence and all they can do it write me up for the correct policy now. Horrible Communication from the get go. should have known better and went with another company. I would look elsewhere when insuring anything.
