I absolutely love the atmosphere and cleanliness of Rose Hill Wellness Center. Instructors make this a fun place to workout and dance! Lots of good variety! Yoga, guided meditation, Qi-gong, Pilates, dance, hoops, bands and balls. Then some extra with martial arts, what a way to cover the basics to advance. Always remembering and having consideration for all, working at our own levels. This is a great place to be apart of!

Wonderful... So much fun and the best instructors/practitioners! Yoga, Qi Gong, Fusion and Belly dance, Hoops-bands-balls, Pilates, massage and adjustment, etc. Best place to get well and maintain your health. Great prices, and very down to earth people;) you should stop by!
Alissa Stockton is a talented, amazing Qi Gong master and gifted acupuncturist. She is the only acupuncturist who works on me...and I miss her being close by. Come see me soon Alissa! Sharon Baird, Acupuncture Physician, Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida Like
