When contacting Rose Hill, they are generally responsive, thoughtful, and attentive; however, they sent a totally unqualified and uninterested person to my home one day-S. Flores, who told me herself that she was just recently trained and was "only a Home Health Aide (HHA)," didn't know how to do Any of the basics required for my terminally ill Mother...and Flores just left after being there a short while. I worked for the company briefly for two pay periods. No set schedule. The first payment was declined by my bank due to insufficient fund thereby making me get paid late. I had to quit because of it. Then I am currently going back and forth with the employer to get my second paycheck because the second one she sent was also declined. It’s been 19 days late as of today for me to get paid. Her last response showed no sense of remorse.
