Charles has been replacing glass in the Tuscany subdivision of Redmond/Woodinville where we live since its inception 40 years ago! At first, we got a quote from a high-pressure salesman to replace ALL the windows in our house, not just the glass. The total came to $120,000! But then we had Charles come and give us an estimate, and the total was a tenth of the cost: $12,000! We had three double pane windows that were ghosting in our house, and we hired this company to replace them. Working with them was a breeze, and they made the whole process very easy. We opted for a custom thicker outer pane in one area to help reduce noise from a neighbor, and we're happy with the results. This is a family-owned business, and we had a great experience working with them. I highly recommend their services.
Rose Hill Glass came out recently to replace the broken glass in my bathroom window. The Technician, Charles, is knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the broken glass and when he was done, it looked brand new. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Rose Hill Glass for all your glass needs.
They moved from old location behind Petco on Rosehill. They're in Kirkland now near the RR trestle. I need a glass replacement for broken picture. Priced a little bit lower than the going rate.
