The person I worked with was very helpful and the flowers were delivered when they said they would be delivered.
My experience was excellent! Miles understood my needs and guided my flower decisions expertly. I wanted to do my own arrangements so he put the flower assortment in a large tub for delivery. It was a brilliant idea and arrived beautifully. I wish I had taken a picture of the filled tub, it was as if a garden arrived! The assortment filled all my vases and they look amazing. Thank you, Miles, I will call you many times more.
I needed a last-minute birthday gift for my granddaughter , and found Rose Hill on the internet. In spite of the fact that it was 1:00 PM in Nashville, they were able to deliver the arrangement that same day. The flowers were gorgeous! As an interesting post script, when I mentioned how great Rose Hill was to work with, my granddaughter told me her fiancé has used them on several occasions with similar results
I am submitting a new review based on the incredible customer service that I was provided as a result of the issues with my original order... A manager contacted me after seeing my original review and learning of my dissatisfaction. They offered to redo my order at no additional charge.
