Absolutely horrible AFH facility. The current person (Yohannes or Ursula, she told us two different names) didn’t like our son because he did not trust her and wanted to leave so she called the paramedics, had him removed to the hospital, then told us she did not want him back, essentially evicting him by proxy. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS HOME!!
I wouldn’t trust my family members there. The new owner is dragging the place down. When Sally owned it we were thriving and the place was beautiful. Our residents were clean happy and well taken care of.
Sally no longer owns this facility and it is ran horribly by someone who is incompetent of basic care and humanity. Do not send your patients here.
If you are in need of a wonderful place to live for your family member, Rose Hill is an excellent choice. The staff at Rose Hill is loving, very capable and kind. The facility is super nice. We had checked out a few places when our Mom needed to move and Rose Hill was by far the nicest one we saw. As family members we were able to come and visit at hours convenient for us. Our Mom loved it here and so did we did too.
