They were very attentive and accomodating, both the receptionist and the audiologist. Exceeded my expectations.
That was a little disappointed, as they did a hearing test and not to surprise me. I do have a little bit of hearing loss not that I notice it very often. At all the part that I was disappointed about is they immediately went to trying to sell me a hearing aid. They pushed a 1 week trial on me for a $5000 hearing aid. I just I guess, I was really surprised you know, I went to get a hearing test so I could start monitoring my hearing over the next couple of years, knowing that maybe someday I would need a hearing aid and to h... read more
They repaired & cleaned my hearing aids in a timely manner & I'm very happy with the service.
