I was very pleased with the help and care I received from Nahid. She tested my hearing and made quality recommendations to meet my needs. She took her time throughly explaining things and we went over the different options available. She also made a follow up call to me to check to see if I was pleased on how my new hearing aids are working. Today I had a follow up visit to answer any questions I had and once again I was happy with the customer care given. The receptionist was also very efficient and customer focused.
