I recently had an energy work session with Amy that was restorative and insightful! Amy provided a gentle, grounding presence as she explained different aspects of the session. I have been using some of the imagery and concepts we discussed in my own meditation sessions since and it has been super helpful.

Amy has been incredible to work with. I’ve been able to gain clarity and traction toward both my personal and professional goals during our coaching sessions. As an independent hair stylist, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with allll the hats I have to wear as a business owner. Amy has not only guided me as I reassessed my priorities, but taught me simple ways to stay grounded when life feels chaotic. I've been seeing Amy for almost 10 years and love her! I have very thick hair with some challenging cowlicks. She's always up to the task! I've come to realize that I need to work with my hair's quirks and I discuss with her what doesn't work or what I don't like and she works around that. I bring inspiration pics as a guide but I trust her to be creative. I decided in 2015 to stop dying my hair (myself) due to resistant grey’s and let it grow out.
