Dr. Lin and her exceptional team have been instrumental in my health and well-being for several years, especially following the devastating Palisades fire. During that extremely traumatic time, Dr. Lin and her office acted quickly to replace lost prescriptions, working directly with me and my pharmacy to ensure uninterrupted care. Her expertise, compassion, and guidance continue to make a meaningful difference in my life health.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with Dr. Rose Lin. She was very dismissive and unempathetic. Truly superficial for a specialist. When I suggested we order more bloodwork - she made a face. And agreed to order the bloodwork. Never followed up, although one of my other doctors did (the very next day). I have high standards and mentioned to the front desk that I need a doctor who will order my labs and monitor them. She suggested I get another doctor. Noted and shared. NEXT.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by my experience with Dr. Lin. During our appointment, she had no bedside manner or empathy, was very dismissive, and didn't take the time to explain much to me. After completing her lab requests and having abnormal results, she completely ghosted me. I've reached out multiple times, called her office, and have heard absolutely nothing.
