Ashley cut chunks out of my hair and gave me chopped, uneven, and unblended layers and then refused to fix her mistakes. I had an appointment for a service with Ashley Dials. There was a misunderstanding from the beginning with Ashley telling me she did not have time for a wash, cut, and style, although that’s what I thought I had scheduled. Taylor Hudson was my stylist and she absolutely nailed it. I came in with a really difficult correction from another salon, showed her what I actually wanted — and she delivered 100%.
