My aunt was just admitted to this facility. When our family visit my aunt she's very happy, she said her care is outstanding. Facility is clean, staff is very friendly. I also appreciate when I enter the building on N. Raymond Ave all visitors check there's a front desk receptionist and a face recognition kiosk and ask you several questions and print out a visitor sticker.
sis and I stopped by to see our aunt and the social worker was passing through the room! She is very social and extremely sweet.. we appreciate you i believe her name was marlen ! Great person”
My sister and i came to the facility to visit a family member and OMG the social worker is soooo sweet! Marlene, thank you for taking the time in explaining how care works at a nursing home and for allowing us to leave with no question un answered
