Absolutely gorgeous venue! My now husband, and I decided to have our wedding here and absolutely no regrets! The all inclusive package was wonderful, Jamie was amazing and such a big help with everything throughout the day! He helped take care of any questions ahead of time and helped get everything set up the day of, even when there was a last minute change due to the weather! Truly a wonderful and beautiful day! While we had a wonderful wedding day, the planning process was filled with unexpected frustrations, making the experience more stressful than it needed to be. BRIDES BEWARE. I want to preface this by saying, I am not confrontational person, and it pains me to have to blast them online like this but I have been left with no choice. I chose this venue for the good reviews, but now Im questioning how they have so many. The events leading up the wedding were GREAT. The outside vendors are AMAZING. Came here for our cousin's wedding. Nice location, nice view. The venue was great for the wedding, and they set it up nicely. Staff was friendly, bartender was great. Had good sound set up both inside for the reception and outside for the wedding. And the food was very good. We were pleasantly surprised. Had chicken and beef, potatoes, green beans and salad. Nothing to complain about, other than parking in the dirt lot and having to walk through that while everyone is wearing nice shoes, pants, dresses, etc.
I'm shocked by the fabulous reviews! Attended a wedding here Saturday evening for friends and it was a bit of a disaster! The food was nothing that they had ordered, the DJ was switched out without notice and was pretty awful, the photo booth worked for maybe 1.5 hours of the 6 hrs promised. The bride was in tears, the mom-in-law was insanely angry . . . . The venue was unapologetic and stated "all you can do is leave us a bad review". Well here it is.
