As many other reviews have stated, the young girl at the front counter is rude, more interested in what is on her phone than helping or even acknowledging your there. Both times I have called in an order and went to pick it up, they charged $3.89 as a "service fee". For what???? So many other good Chinese food places to chose. I've ordered my last meal from them.
Raw meat should never be served. I understand biting into beef and having a rare center but for the exterior to shine bright pink through the sauce!! This meat never touched the heat. The fat was not rendered and it was inedible. I called to see if they could make it right and the lady did not believe me. Here’s your proof for all to see. You just lost a loyal customer on this one.
Mei fun noodles and asked for no added sugar as well,we are all Diabetic. I have been coming here for 10years these options are a life saver I am so glad these were recommended when I was here last time. Do not forget crab rangoon - Delicious and No Guilt!
Went in Sunday night, just now in fact., placed the order on the phone, she didn’t ask for a name or give a total. We weren’t greeted, not handed the order, just left food on the table, she was on her phone the entire time. My mom is 84, and was talking so much trash on how horrible the service was, she said “this place was no rose garden🤣😟😡” Food was meh, no seasoning. We won’t be coming back. My mom is roasting yous right now! The dog liked it.
Just walked in and ordered a dinner special chicken kampao and asked to substitute the rice with plain noodles. The daughter of the owner lady didn't say anything about charging me $3 extra and said yes we can change it to noodles. However I got my order to go and drove 8 miles back to my house and ate my egg roll and as I started eating my main course there were tiny pieces of chicken wrapped in a flour batter and barely could pick up by my fork.
