Thay went above and beyond heling me when i had unplanned surgery.. they let me return one of the recliners i had just purchased and replace it with a powered lift chair! All done over the phone and delivered that day! Go see Rick Rose for your powered furniture needs!

Ordered a sectional with the promise it would be delivered within 4-6 weeks... that was 8 weeks ago and they still have “no idea” when it will be here. Not to mention with the 2 monthly payments we have made (yes we’ve made 2 payments on something we still don’t have) and the deposit, it totals over $700 that they refuse to refund even though the contract says absolutely nothing about a non refundable deposit!! This place is a joke! Way to treat return customers...not! Will not be coming back!
