I had an extremely rude masseuse and was very rough with the foot massage. She dropped the hot stone on my ankle and just brushed it off with a quick “sorry”. She also ended the half hour foot massage in about 20 minutes. I was just not pleased with the service and that’s why wanted to give only a 10% tip (just out of courtesy). And she started shouting at us, saying that 20% was compulsory and ended up charging us 20%!!!
