I shopped around for a PVC fence and chose these guys even though they were more expensive than the rest because of their "premium quality materials" and their "exceptional warrantee". However, 10 months with my new fence and the latch lock on the gate seized up. After about four phone calls to the company, I was told I'd have to pay a $75 service charge to have someone come look at it. Service guy comes to fix the faulty lock (which was rusted on the inside - premium quality??) AND he tried charging me for the lock as well ... read more
