I am beyond outraged by the negligence and lack of basic responsibility shown by Rose Family Funeral Home during one of the most sensitive and important moments a family can experience. Allowing someone who does not speak or read English—and who clearly did not have the ability to accurately understand or verify the information—to sign off on a death certificate is not just careless, it is completely unacceptable.
