Very hard to get through to someone on the phone but not impossible. Once you do get someone on the line they are very helpful in attending whatever your needs are , the doctors here are great with children very much worth the wait. Ive never had a problem with staff or any receptionist
ITS VERY CHILDISH
It is true about people not answering phone for years they been doing it but you can complain to someone it works find the supervisor complain I no one women in that small office on the first floor she is one of them
Im about to call 311 and complain on this place. Receptionists all year round are atrocious nasty disgusting attitude. Poor customer service, they act like we’re being an inconvenience to their job. THIS IS YOUR JOB TO HELP PEOPLE. All these reviews say the same thing, but nothing has changed. Its time for people to go in person- read and write down everyones name tag that are disrespectful to the patients upon entry and comment on their work ethic.
