I rarely leave negative review, but the experience with this store is just terrible. The coffee was below average, and the male staff member had a very poor attitude—unfriendly and unprofessional. Definitely not a place I’d return to or recommend.
I had an unpleasant experience with the staff member at this location. He was rude and unfriendly to everyone. When I ordered a long black coffee, he added cold water from his personal bottle before closing the lid—without asking. I found this very concerning and requested a new one, but he refused. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and customer safety. I no longer trust the quality here. Security cameras can verify this incident if needed.
I always have a pleasant experience coming to Rose espresso. The customer service is always incredible, particularly Logan who always remembers my order each morning and asks how I’m doing. The coffee is excellent and the fresh flowers create a wonderful ambience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
