I am honestly quite appalled with the flowers that were delivered. While the arrangement was full, there was absolutely no artistry or care in the presentation of the bouquet at all. The arrangement I ordered online was displayed in a round ceramic pot, however what arrived was placed in a square cardboard box, which looked completely different to what was advertised. I visited this flower shop on February 13 hoping to purchase a very small custom bouquet. I politely asked if I could select a few individual flowers to put together something simple, as I only needed a small arrangement for an occasion that evening.
