Great place friendly
I have had only great experiences here! Great customer service and quality. They are busy, but get you in and out quickly.
They lost several customers today. We have been here many times but today was not a good experience and we won’t be back. There were several glitches we could overlook, wrong colors provided and had to ask for the correct ones to be used , didn’t start our water when we sat down (waited over 10 minutes for them to do the water after we sat), just rude in general but the thing that pushed us over was the checkout. Oh my goodness. They went above and beyond to help me create beautiful nail art for a celebration of life I’m attending. They are very professional, and it truly took a team to help bring my vision to life. Everyone was so accommodating and kind throughout the entire experience. Steven helped me when I first walked in, Ivy did a beautiful job on my toes, and Kaci along with the other Ivy helped me come up with the perfect vision for the design. I got the worst fill and pedicure I have ever gotten anywhere. This happened about a week. It was suppose to b a french manicure. Ive had to cut all my nails @ my toes are next. I do NOT recommend this place.
