When it comes time to go over billing questions to get fixed cause it was submitted to insurance incorrectly, this place just keeps pawning me off to the next person/department. I have had to call and leave messages with a person/department at least 2 or 3 times for someone to call me back. I have made over 10 phone calls and billing is still not corrected. Total inconsiderate of my time.
The doctor who gave me the methrodaxte shot for my ectopic pregnancy but did not provide a ultrasound after the medical abortion.To see if the embryo passed and it did not I had to come back 5 days later to the same hospital to which the embryo grew 4 times In size and I had to have a fallopian tube removed.
BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. I am a new patient to the community health system and she is the only obgyn I could get in to see this year. They canceled my appointment not once, not twice, but 5 times!! One of which was 2 hours before my appointment. They also bumped my appointment multiple times because I was just a wellness check and other patients needed appointments. Extremely discriminatory for those patients who are pregnant not to be able to get care. Stay away!!
This place is a living hell! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!the OBGYN doctor is one of the worst doctors Ever ,she doesn’t listen to her patients about what they coming to see her about ! She ignored my wife after her telling them she had abdominal pain and she didn’t answer nun of the questions!the doctor acts like she doesn’t even care !
