I have used Rose Dental lab for many years. I have always received consistent quality work from their technicians. I continue to use them for this reason.
One of the representatives from Rose Lab came to my office to sell his lab services. I thought it would be a great idea to send some cases here because I wanted to help out a local lab. Here are the issues I encountered. 1) I had a person from the laboratory drive up to my office and take the tooth shade for a patient, when the crown comes back, this tooth shade did not match the patient's tooth at all.
