Where to begin...... after talking to a few builders and reviewing the types / styles of home they built, we decided to work with Kim at Rose Custom homes. We were excited at first and set an $800k budget to build our home. After a few meeting with Kim, it was clear he was not providing a lot of guidance or helpful advise other than think smaller but still carried on with his architect. Rose Custom Homes (RCH) built a home for us in 2014. There have been a number of issues with the home. One major issue, which is a blemish in the front of a new custom home is 1,300 sq ft. of concrete (driveway, steps, walkway) which has severe blanket stains. RCH advised us it was their professional opinion that the stains would bleach out via the sun. This did not occur and RCH has not provided an acceptable solution or restitution.
