I had a very disappointing experience with this logistics company. Despite their promises, the service was unprofessional and frustrating. The Vice President, Josh Rosenberg, was particularly difficult to deal with — unresponsive, dismissive, and lacking basic customer service skills. His attitude made the entire process far more stressful than it needed to be.
